How do I pay for your services?Payment is made online after booking confirmation. We accept most major payment methods, including but not limited to: Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit cards, ClearPay, etc.

How many hours should I book for my first cleaning with TADCleaners?At TADCleaners, we aim to provide a thorough and efficient cleaning service tailored to your specific needs. For your first cleaning session, we recommend booking 6 hours if you have a 3-4 bedroom house, and 4 hours if you live in a flat. This allows our professional team to meticulously clean all areas, ensuring your home or Airbnb is spotless and welcoming. By allocating these hours, you can expect a comprehensive clean that covers everything from pristine kitchens to fresh linens, making your space shine with our premium services.

What is your pet policy?We love pets and understand they’re part of your family! Please let us know about any pets in your home and how you’d like them managed during the cleaning session. If your pet is anxious around new people, we recommend securing them in a safe, comfortable area during the clean.

How do I book a one-off cleaning?Booking is simple—just fill out our online form, choose a day you'd like the cleaning to take place and pay online and a 3 hour clean will be scheduled. If you'd like a longer clean please check our plans, we offer an extensive amount of hours per plan.

How long does a one-off cleaning session take?The duration depends on the size of your property and the scope of the cleaning. For most homes, a one-off cleaning requires a minimum of 4 hours. Our booking system allows you to specify the amount of hours you'd like to pay for and our cleaning, will get to work for those amount of hours.

Do the hours expire?Yes, all purchased hours must be used within 12 months of purchase. This ensures consistent cleaning and helps you get the most out of your package.

What are the differences between the Basic, Standard, and Premium Packs?Each pack caters to different needs: Basic Pack: Ideal for occasional cleaning (e.g., quarterly visits for a smaller home). Standard Pack: Perfect for semi-regular cleaning (e.g., seasonal deep cleans or monthly visits for a small family). Premium Pack: Suited for frequent cleaning (e.g., larger households or short-term rental properties). The more hours you purchase, the lower the hourly rate.

Can I schedule sessions as I need them?Yes, our plans offers complete flexibility. You can book cleanings whenever you need them, based on your remaining hours.

How do I keep track of my remaining hours?After each cleaning session, we’ll send you an update on how many hours you’ve used and how many remain.

Can I share my hours between properties?Yes, if you own multiple properties (e.g., a home and a rental property), you can split your hours between them. Please notify us in advance.

How do your regular cleaning plans work?Our Regular plans utilise a Pay-As-You-Go system which lets you purchase cleaning hours in advance, giving you flexibility and savings. You can choose from three packages: Basic Pack (15 hours): £209 (~£13.90/hour) Standard Pack (25 hours): £369 (~£14.75/hour) Premium Pack (40 hours): £569 (~£14.20/hour) You decide when and how to use the hours within a 12-month period.

What happens if I run out of hours before the year ends?If you run out of hours, you can purchase an additional package to continue your service.

Are there any additional fees for regular cleaning?Yes, there is a one-time registration fee of £30 when purchasing your first plan. If you create an account, you’ll only need to pay this fee once. With an account, we can keep track of your hours and any future purchases, so there are no additional fees afterward. However, if you choose not to create an account, we won’t be able to track your hours, and you’ll need to pay the registration fee again if you make another purchase in the future.
