3. THE TADCLEANERS SERVICE PLATFORM

3.1 We act as a booking agency for independent Cleaners. Our role is limited to providing access to our platform to connect you with Cleaners.

3.2 Your contract for the provision of Services is between you and the Cleaner. We are not a party to this contract and are not responsible for any taxes, disputes, or damages arising from the Services.

3.3 While we conduct checks on Cleaners, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these checks. You acknowledge that you use Cleaners at your own risk.

3.4 You agree to provide Cleaners with a safe working environment and take necessary precautions to supervise their work if needed.

3.5 In case of disputes related to the Services, we may act as a mediator to assist resolution but are not responsible for the outcome of such mediation.

3.6 We are not liable for damages including, but not limited to, those caused by:

• Use of corrosive cleaning products.

• Specialist cleaning requirements not disclosed beforehand.

• Pre-existing damage.

4. BOOKING SERVICES

4.1 Eligibility

By placing a Booking, you confirm that you are:

(a) At least 18 years old.

(b) Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

All Bookings are subject to acceptance by us. A contract is formed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

4.3 Exclusivity

You agree not to book Services with Cleaners directly or bypass the Website during your use of our platform and for 12 months after termination of this agreement.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1 Prices are listed on the Website but are subject to change. Changes will not affect confirmed Bookings.

5.2 Payments are processed securely. You authorise us to charge your payment card on the day of the scheduled Booking or afterward.

5.3 If a payment is overdue, we may charge a £10 administration fee and interest.

5.4 Promotional codes, credits, or offers may have restrictions and are subject to additional terms.

6. CANCELLATION

6.1 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause.

6.2 Cancellation by You

(a) You may cancel or reschedule a Booking free of charge until 48 hours before the scheduled Booking.

(b) Cancellations after this time or failure to provide access to the Cleaner will result in being charged the full price of the Booking.

7. INSURANCE

We recommend you maintain home insurance or similar coverage to protect against any damages or claims related to the Services.

9. PRIVACY

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all information provided is accurate.

10. LIABILITY

10.1 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for Services in the six months preceding the claim.

10.2 We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

10.3 We will not be held liable for unauthorised access to your payment or personal data unless caused by our negligence.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
